Bug in link in email regarding management of group members

I followed the second link in an email starting with the text "You may deny this request or manage subscribers at..." and when I logged in, the request was automatically approved, which wasn't my intention...

I wanted to contact a player to ask a bit more before my decision, so now I have both accepted and denied the request within a minute. Highly embarrassing! Could you do something about this, and soonish... Thanks.

The first link approves the request; the second link takes you to the group administration page. If you have doubts about the message, look at the raw email message. Until then I'll assume it was a mis-click.

it wasn't a misclick. i even could see the second link "highlighted"/"used" when i first decided to send you an email directly, then chose to open a case on fold.it instead.

Feel free to forward me the raw email or attach it. How to do this depends on your email client. If you use a web-mail client, there is often an option to "View Raw" or "View Original" or "View Full Headers".
