Part of what we need to know to make a good fold is what we WANT the protein to look like. If there were a library of native structures, and/or best scores that we could load in the game and tinker with, rotate around, pull apart etc. that would be very educational.

...but, short of that, I was thinking, it might be interesting to post images of three different conformations for the same protein, and then list 5 or 10 proteins, and ask people to rank them. Which illustraited model will score the best? Rank the three conformations of each protein.
