Description: The structure of this protein has already been solved and published, but close inspection suggests that there are some problems with the published solution. We'd like to see if Foldit players can use the same electron density data to reconstruct a better model. In addition to the protein chain, puzzle includes a glutathione ligand that is fixed in place.

no glutathione for you

Once again, we are promised a glutathione ligand, but the puzzle fails to deliver.

Electron Density Reconstruction 6, puzzle 2120, was the same deal.

Thanks to zo3xiaJonWeinberg for noticing the gap this time around.

leftover glutathione

Puzzle 2114: Electron Density Reconstruction 5 did include a glutathione ligand. Apparently that part of the puzzle description was accidentally cut-and-pasted into a couple of non-ligand puzzles.
