Description: This is a follow-up to Puzzle 2155b. Players may load solutions from Puzzle 2155 and continue working with them here.

This Electron Density puzzle has 588 residues, and hand-folding will require using the new Trim Tool! You'll also want to use the Radius Slider in the Electron Density panel, to view only density within a ball of the given radius. Remember that you select a sphere of residues with CTRL+SHIFT+click and drag, as demonstrated on the recent Lab Report! (Just make sure to click and drag on the protein, and not on the background.)

I hate these ferrets!

Indeed, these ferrets are being even more of a pain than usual (which is saying a lot).
We will hopefully find all of them soon.

For people suffering from the ideality issues after using the trim tool, here is the preferred workaround:

1. When you trim, select an extra residue on either side of your selected region.
2. After trimming, insert cutpoints between these extra residues and your selected region.
3. Use the backbone pin tool to lock the pins on these extra residues.
4. Continue on folding up the trimmed region however you want.

Doing this should ensure everything comes back together appropriately when you untrim.
