In client 20220322-9108154a6a-win_x86 (and previous clients) the bands icon lights up whenever the 'stop' icon lights up, it can be switched off when you press 'remove bands'. This seems like an incorrect bitmapped variable initialization to me or an overwriting of a memory location when writing to the 'stop' icon status value.
