Test Puzzle

A test puzzle ("Drug Design Updates Test") has been posted for devprev users to test out the improvements for the Drug Design tools.

Please let us know if you encounter any issues with the objectives or tools in the puzzle. (Or any other issues with the puzzle.)

back to "drug design"?

I thought that "small molecule design" was the official name, but maybe I'm losing track. "Drug design" probably has more street appeal.

One day, we'll sort out objectives versus conditions versus filters, too. And whatever happened to "metrics"?

I've been playing with it

I've been playing with it without any crashes or obviously wrong behaviour.

One cosmetic issue: if you select a random atom in the ligand and then invoke the Tweak Ligand Tool and rotate things in such a way as to move that selected atom, then the atom appears to remain behind as a glowing sphere.
