We've just released the following fixes in an update:

Bug Fixes:
* Fix issue with how the sidechain picker was generating sidechain conformations.
* Fix crashes in intro puzzles.
* Fixed an issue where some options would not save properly.
* Solve some crashes when the IRC server is down.
