I've run into this problem several times.
1)Save a solution with a HNet bonus of X.
2)Load this solution. It loads with a HNet bonus of X-400 (say) and a corresponding reduction in score.
Visually comparing the two solutions, it seems that the original solution contains very long blue 'Hbonds' that aren't really HBonds at all but artefacts: a problem that's been reported before
These artefacts don't appear in the reloaded version.

I can reproduce this. Run Global-shared recipe HNetArtefactTest on Scientist-shared solution HNetArtefactDemo (puzzle 2112).
Thanks spvincent! Yes, this bug has been extremely difficult to track down, but the continued reports are helpful!
We still haven't been able to reproduce this problem, so we still don't know how it arises. If you ever notice a suspicious H-bond in a network, it would be helpful if you could let us know more about the Foldit actions or recipes you were using at the time. If possible, you might trace back through your Undo history to find the precise action that created the suspicious H-bond.
