Can you freeze on atom only? If not can we get to do that? For example freeze on individual atom so can more accurately bend/position a section of the ligand better. Or, would that confuse the issue and not be a desirable function.

Better atom-level control is something we're looking into. I certainly agree that marking atoms as frozen would help with using Pull on the ligand.
