I've been having a huge issue with the exercise "Backbones Collide", where the instructions for the exercise tell you that you need to click on the backbone of a protein in order to get rid of a clash. However, each and every single segment of the protein's backbone is locked and cannot be moved at all, no matter where I click on the protein and which direction I try to drag it. The wiggle tool does not work either and says, again, that all the segments of the backbone are locked in place.
