Advanced clash and void view

Current Clash and Void view and nice to have fast visualisation. But sometimes we need more precisions.
For exemple when we want to improve shape complementarity with Hand folding.
Today we need recipes to do that (band recipes, "mutate no wiggle") and it can be interesting to do different strategies with hand folding too.

A proposition is to have an advanced visualisation mode.
In the drawing I show sidechain with a "hit box" in blue.
We have "shpere view" to see collisions, but it is not enought precise, and we can't see throught.

In center and in right I show 2 versions of a new clash and void view.

It can be good for optimisation, sometime we see littles clashes in "Segment information" without visual feedback.

Make better shape complementarity can be interesting to make core with high confidence in AlfphaFold, and of course better interface in binder puzzles.
