hotkey for moving through a residues rotamer positions

you use to be able to hit the left & right arrow keys to do this - it now changes which Sidechain is selected. How do I get the old functionality of using left and right arrow keys?

Currently, you should be able to change rotamers using the left and right arrow keys if you don't have the Residue Info panel active. I will shortly add functionality to be able to change romaters while the Residue Info panel is active.
