Secondary Structure (max +500)
No more than 50% of residues may form helices. Extra helices are penalized at 10 points per residue.
After spending the last 2 puzzles trying to determine why I can't reach the max bonus for HBond Network, I think I finally found the issue. Only 1 network can contribute to the HBond Network score bonus.

Yes, I also found some strange behavior with the HBnet bonus. I had a design in which the HBnet which was actually larger than required for 1800 HBnet bonus. But granted bonus was LOWER than 1800. When I deleted a part of the net I got the full 1800 Bonus for this now smaller net. I don't think that this behavior is desired?!
