When starting view options are reset

The following view options are changed to a default:
- pulse when working
- show bondable atoms
- show stubs is on
- show backbone issues is off
- color is score/hydro
maybe more, but these are not the settings I normally use.
Also when you use shake or mutate all sidechains are shown, which will slow things down.
In the new release it is still happening
I'm seeing the same thing in devprev 0618, view options seem frozen to the last time I changed them before loading the devprev update. Also, it's not saving correctly the last position before I close the game, it seems to be saving several steps beforehand.
And particular to 1853, I'm still crashing after stopping a mutate step and starting a wiggle. The top left corner counter moves clockwise 3 or 4 times as it starts to wiggle, no score change, and then the game just winks out of existence.

I think this is due to a bug where options.txt fails to update when the client exits. This means your saved options are stuck where they are. If you download a fresh client, then your options will reset to default every time you restart Foldit.
This bug is currently in both main and devprev, and will be fixed in the next release.
In the meantime, there is a workaround to save your options: If you want to save your current options, you can open General Options and click "Done" (no need to actually change any options). This button will immediately trigger an update to options.txt.
