1. When opening a new puzzle with 'p' (and seeing a list of current and potentially expired puzzles) I can no longer select 'cancel'.

2. When opening a new puzzle with 'p' after first having pressed 'o' to load a shared solution and selecting 'close' in that screen, the option 'p' no longer opens the usual list of puzzles, but takes me to the selection screen for contests, science puzzles and other stuff that it did not a few minutes ago. This is not normal.

3. Doubleclicking no longer opens puzzles and shared solutions. Doubleclicking does nothing.

4. The popup that used to show a red cross after loading a puzzle now shows a green icon.

More issues may surface.

Hi Bletchley Park--thank you so much for noticing this. I have passed it along to the team.

Hi Bletchley Park,

For #3, what puzzle were you in when you tried double-clicking on something? I'm unable to reproduce this bug.

Hi Josh,

It was for 1842. I have tried to reproduce the issue and do not observe it anymore either. You may remove item #3 from this list.

Thanks for checking, much appreciated.

And I amend the 'p' issue, it is not because I used the 'o' option, it seems to be because you cannot use 'cancel' anymore you have to go back to the puzzle menu. Next time you use 'p', it then starts from the puzzle menu whereas in the pre-0527 devprev you could use 'cancel' and stay out of the puzzle menu route.

Thanks Bletchley. Yes, I removed the extra cancel buttons temporarily because they were introducing bugs in other parts of the code (some new additions on the back-end change how the menu navigation works). I want to try out this menu layout for a little while, and if it continues to be an annoyance, I am happy to put those buttons back. Thanks for your patience while we figure out what works best.
