I am developing new software to study protein dynamics and poly-morphs at Brookhaven National Lab. It would be useful to compare dynamic models with the top ~100 structures (or so) in a fold-it puzzle. Do archives exist of old fold-it puzzles, and if so how many structures are archived for each one?

Thanks in advance.

Foldit models

Yes! We do keep archives of old Foldit puzzles, but they are not publicly available. There is a dataset of Foldit designed proteins in the supplement to this paper, although that's probably not of much interest for research on poly-morphs.

Feel free to email me (koepnick[at]uw.edu) for more! If you can tell me a bit more about what you're thinking, maybe we can come up with a dataset that meets your needs?
