Avatars should use HTTPS

Avatars are hard-coded to use HTTP, causing insecure requests to be made despite the website supporting HTTPS.

They should be changed to HTTPS to prevent insecure requests.

Interestingly, if you access them directly, the request is upgraded to HTTPS.
