In symmetry puzzles, if one clicks on the "Show" button for non-ideal loops, the symmetric chain lights up like a Christmas tree, making it hard to see which are the non-ideal loops. It does this when you have "Show symmetric chains" unchecked.

Can you turn those off? You could leave them on, I suppose, if it was actually Christmas day ....

You'll see the same thing for voids, cutpoints and bondable atoms. They show up off in space even when symmetric chains are hidden. For some reason, clashes and exposeds don't appear on the symmetric chains, even when chains are displayed.
