Did some playtesting revisits to the intro puzzles, I had some feedback notes on a couple of the levels that could use some tweaking.

Hydrophobic Disaster: 6700 Points is achievable without moving the stray sheet into the sheet network. About ~7000 points can be achieved when this is occurring, so I propose a score threshold increase. My solution involves wiggling to 6700, freezing one of the helices, then pulling the sheet over close enough for rubber banding and wiggling to do the job without wigging out the main fold, then shake/wiggle. This encourages players to not leave a main secondary structure out by just shaking and wiggling.

Control Over Clashing: This fold doesn't necessarily "blow up" when wiggled on 100% CI. I propose changing the starting structure to something that does make the game freak out so that players don't inadvertently bypass the thing the puzzle is trying to teach.

Thanks, S0ckrates, for playtesting the intro puzzles again—this is good feedback! Apparently they still need some work. We'll take a closer look at the puzzles you pointed out.
