These articles from 2016 and 2017 describe a VR game that was developed at Purdue University that allows you to manipulate small molecules in 3D to bind to a protein target. The professor, Guarav Chopra, is a co-author on the WeFold paper that was recently featured in the foldit blog. I have no idea if the game ever got beyond proof of concept stage (or even if it had a name), but it looks pretty slick in the video.
