In More Building Blocks, the first two popups appear, followed by "Repeat Guide".

You don't see "These constraints are useful in the early game" until after wiggling.

There should be another popup that suggests a wiggle as the first step.

It would also help to have a suggestion to scroll the Blueprint window to see and remove all constraints.

This one is better in 20180525-f7af35c587-win_x86-devprev. Will close the feedback once devprev is final.

Never got around to closing this one, it's still somewhat of an issue in 20180725-d14dae34c3-win_x86-devprev. I'm downgrading this one to a "suggestion", however.

The second popup now does says "try wiggle". Still, if you don't wiggle at this point, the "repeat guide" popup is next, which usually indicates there's nothing more.

If you do wiggle as suggested, the "these constraints are useful in the early game" popup appears, as before.

Also, a long as we're at it, the third popup is a little wordy:

These constraints are useful in the early game. However, in the late game, when you are refining your protein, the constaints can impede wiggle and prevent you from gaining points!

It could be condensed to:

Building Blocks can help at the start, but later on, the constraints may keep you from gaining points.
