i am no expert, but i find rather unrealistic the results of mutate actions.
hydrophilic are wiped out and it becomes acrobatic to establish networks of
h-bonds.even with bonus , such networks fail to beat hydrophobic residues without
bonds or bondable atoms.
obviously when you rework on test puzzles results are outstanding but are we sure
it is the right track ?
