In game scoreboards aren't updating with what's on the puzzle page for scores. 1376 and 1367 are only registering my client scores and all else are as they were yesterday (or earlier). 1378 wasn't even loading player names nor was 1378b

I am not sure what "corrected" means in the context of 1378b, but my scoreboard is blank.
Not that it matters, 1378b is so unstable that it is unplayable.
Pity.

In game scoreboard not updating in 1379. Is this a new departure?
Perhaps we should pay for an updating scoreboard?
Does no one at UW monitor these games?

Would they update the scoreboard on Amazon Prime?
Just curious!

The in-game scoreboards are still not working. The scoreboards appear for puzzle 1377, but the scores are not being updated. For 1378b and 1379, the scoreboards are blank.

The scores are on the web site are *generally* correct, but you should check to make sure that the score you see in the client is reflected there.

Some players have reported that their best scores on 1376 were not included in the final results. This is probably the result of a server reboot several days ago. After a server outage (or loss of communications), clients may fail to reconnect, preventing the normal automatic uploads from happening.

There are several ways to deal with this issue.

As a puzzle nears its close, it's a good idea to check the puzzle's web page to make sure your scores are there. (At the moment, checking the web page is the *only* way to get an accurate picture of where the competition stands.)

Manually sharing a solution -- even with yourself -- may clear up communications problems. Try a manual save and share if you don't see your best score on the Foldit web site. (In some cases, this may cause a disconnected client to hang.)

In most cases, it's best to stop and restart your Foldit client frequently. This is another way to make sure that you're in touch with the Foldit server, and it releases memory and other resources that Foldit may have failed to recycle. Sometimes clients can be slow to start when there are server issues, but generally getting a fresh client helps avoid problems.
