I have one more residue in 1257 than I need. When it is at the end of the protein, forming a tail of 2 residues beyond the sheet, it is penalized by the ideal loop filter. If I delete one from the end and add it to the beginning, it gets penalized there. The only way to avoid the filter penalty is to shorten the protein to 64 residues.

Please make the filter smart enough to recognize a short tail at the beginning or end of the protein that is not connecting anything and not give it a penalty.

Happens to me too, I second this.
