segment selected in Rama map is not cleared when selection is cleared

In the selection interface, clicking one of the black dots on the Rama map selects the corresponding segment. The black dot changes to a white dot with a black border.
If the selection is cleared in the main window by clicking on the background, the segment in question still appears to be selected in the Rama map window.
In contrast, clearing the selection via "selection.DeselectAll ()" both deselects the segment in the main window and clears the selection indicator in the Rama map.
The Rama map seems to display a different map for each amino acid (presumably because they have different positions they like). If you selected more than one residue in the Rama map, it would not know which map to display.
Interesting point, I'll have to look at how the map changes in more detail. But again, selecting multiple segments in the main window causes them to appear selected in the Rama map window. Not sure what impact that has on the map, will have to do some experiments. (Perhaps the map is for the first segment selected in this case?)

Old, seems to have been fixed, closing.
Selecting multiple segments in the main window causes the corresponding segments to be selected in the Rama map. Clicking on the background of the Rama map clears the selected segments in both the map and the main window. Clicking on the on the background of the main window clears the selected segments there, but not in the Rama map. Clicking on individual selected segments does clear the selection in both the main window and the Rama map.
The user interface also seems inconsistent, in that only one segment can be selected in the Rama map. Clicking a different segment in the Rama map selects that segment, but clears all other selections. The ability to shift-click or ctrl-click on the Rama map is missing. The might a use case for being able to select multiple outlier segments on the Rama map.
