You should try Puzzles 1174 and 1177:

Puzzle 1174: 70 Residue Symmetric Hexamer Design: Protein Snowflakes (http://fold.it/portal/node/2001693) is a Design Puzzle in which scientists will synthesize in the lab the most interesting proteins that players design.

Puzzle 1177: Unsolved De-novo Freestyle 63 (http://fold.it/portal/node/2001697) is to find the structure of a protein with an as yet unknown structure.
