Currently the client opens the files in the current directory and caches them. If these files are attempted to be overwritten, the cient will not recognize the new content and overwrite the file on disk with its cached version when it is saved.

request 1
Could you please make the file handling so that if the client references the cached file (for read or write), it will first check the date and time of the copy on disk and then, if that is a newer version than cached, refreshes its cache ? For a particular application that I use this would be desired functionality.

It would be great if one could start foldit with a script file location and puzzle file name in the command line, exiting foldit when the script finishes. For example:
foldit.exe "C:\Program Files (x86)\Foldit\puzzles\0002001566\0000108474\default\autosave.ir_solution" c:\scripts\myscript.lua

Where myscript.lua would contain the LUA code for a particular script (not the cookbook file, just to clarify)
