Results of using shiftit0:

The figure on the right above is before using shiftit0, and
the figure on the left above is after using shiftit0.

Both structures have the same alpha-carbon positions
and secondary structures in the middle of the protein.
In the left figure, the blue end (amino acids 1-10)
from the right figure has been shifted to where amino
acids 11-20 were in the right figure. Likewise, in the
left figure, amino acid 22 has shifted to where amino
acid 32 was in the right figure. Finally, the red end
in the right figure has grown by 10 helical amino acids
in the left figure.
