Description: This puzzle is very similar to Puzzle 1115, though the HBNet filter has been slightly tweaked. In this puzzle, the bonus for H-bond networks has been doubled, but only Hbond networks that are at least 75% satisfied will be rewarded. There are several other filters in effect; see the puzzle comments for details. The Baker Lab will run folding predictions on your solutions for this puzzle, and those that perform well will be synthesized in the lab. Remember, you can use the Upload for Scientists button for up to 5 designs that you want us to look at, even if they are not the best-scoring solutions!

I appear to be receiving bonuses for H-bond nets that are less than 75% satisfied?!

I will post the solution after this puzzle finished.

Meanwhile, I guess that the Hbond network is linked to the bonds sidechain. However you need at least one bond in the interfase and at least three bonds to be considered a network.

In this particular case with a trimer We all get a 3 simetry so in theory we can get some AA to automake an HBN.

For me it was helpful to get plenty of examples of HBN from previous puzles. In particular distances and frequency of AA and a lot of luck with r├ęcipes with mutation + wiggle + shake.
