What does it return when behavior.GetFiltersDisabled() is run when parts of the filters are enabled?

I have problems with some "filtered" scripts and no problem with others, but I do not find the origin of the problem.

Types of problems: filters remain disabled all the time or never, or score in the recipe is calculated without filters (then the recipe never finds an improvement) or the script stops.

When returning to credited best after stopping a script, it turns filters out, sometimes, sometimes not. Not clear how it behaves.

I made some modifications to existing scripts recently to work around the problems of slow filters. The changes weren't terribly elegant but worked after a fashion. However partial enabling of filters is a real problem : you can't toggle filters off and on in a script selectively as enabling filters enables all of them, irrespective of whether they were enabled originally.
