Don't move existing residues when inserting

When inserting residues in design mode, please don't move the existing residues - it undoes whatever work the player has done to place them and their neighbors. This is particularly annoying when inserting at the end of the chain, when there is no need to move the existing ones but they move anyway. Instead, add the new residues in extended chain shape (rather than the current circle shape) at whatever angle the end segment is currently pointing. If inserting between two residues, create a cut point and add the new ones on to one end of it as extended chain. Leave it up to the player how to fit them in and close the cutpoint.

This would make the new ED design puzzle format easier to manage.
