Sometimes when a small area is isolated by a frozen segment and a cut, local wiggling that area causes half the protein to fly around. This happens regardless whether cut bands are enabled or disabled.

I finally managed to save a pose where the problem persists across closing and re-opening the client. Puzzle 1012 shared with scientists: "1012 Wiggles wrong part". There is a cut at 63, 68 is frozen, and a band on 66. Right click 66 and choose wiggle; it should only wiggle from 64-67, but instead everything from 1-67 flies madly around the screen.
