Secondary structure predictions

Here is the sequence logo predicted by the SAM server:

H = helix
E = sheet
C = loop (or coil)

The taller the letter at each position, the higher the probability of that specific secondary structure for that amino acid.

segs 53-57 seem anchored?

When rebuilding these segs the rest of the protein moves around them, they seem anchored in space when being wiggled. Actually like an anchor right in the middle of the 110 seg protein. This is also the double proline with glycine bit.

too difficult to work

this puzzle took 2 hours to worm (usually can do in 1/2 hour or less) and spent 10-11 hours to do walking rebuild of lengths 1 and 2 only. it is unworkable on my machine and I have group members with less CPU than I. I take responsibility for my own poor judgement. I should have compressed earlier.... that said, I will not work a puzzle like this again. too many filters and too slow.
Can we have some hand folding, even on dev prev for practice? it would be the only way I could do something like this, and being relatively new to foldit, it is the only way my machine can work it.
Pretty please?
Thanks
