Exploration filter, give also a big penalty if not met

That way scripts will automaticly reject such poses.

I have yet to see any evidence the exploration map even works. All it does for me is say "Loading..."

I think Timo means the Exploration Filter like in the BETA Symmetry Debugging puzzle (http://fold.it/portal/node/1998494#comment-28833) where it says "The Exploration filter simply measures the C-alpha RMSD between the current solution and the starting structure. In this case, it has an upper limit of 2.00 Å, meaning the filter will fail if your solution deviates too much from the starting structure."
