|Description:||Note: This puzzle has been taken down and will be re-posted at a later date. This is our first puzzle featuring the new Hydrogen Bond Network filter. Hydrogen bond networks are sets of hydrogen bonds which span across multiple residues. HBond networks are important for our symmetric designs because they allow us to form interfaces between the symmetric copies, without making those interfaces too hydrophobic. In this puzzle, we've given you a fixed backbone that can make a number of HBond networks - and we've given you a starter network as an example. Mutate the sequence to form HBonds between the Red and Blue polar atoms on the sidechains. Be sure to check out the recent blog post for more information!|
