The secondary structure predictions for this puzzle haven't come back from the SAM server yet, so these are the ones that were used for the starting chain:

The higher the number, the higher the confidence of the secondary structure prediction above it.

In this puzzle, the "High Wiggle Power" option has been disabled.

Secondary structure predictions from SAM:

The sequence logo predicted by the SAM server finally finished:

C = loop (or coil)
