Player Feedback Welcome!
The fantastic Timo Van Der Laan will be offering up his expertise to the Foldit team as he begins his volunteer work with us. He's requested that players give feedback as to their most desired Lua functions. You can find his call for feedback on this post. Developer Preview Release Soon
We're pushing an update out soon to the developer preview with the following fixes and changes:
* Updated the splash screen. The old credits screen was getting crowded, so instead we've listed the contributing institutions and included a link to the website credits page.
* Fixed an issue with multistart puzzles not properly handling some setups.
Taking Down Puzzle 1434
Due to a high level of "bugginess" with Puzzle 1434, we will be taking it down. We will put it back up when the issues are resolved and players will be able to load in their previous solutions. Sorry for any inconvenience. We appreciate all your feedback and everything you guys do!(Fri, 09/29/2017 - 22:44 | 0 comments)
Classroom Puzzle Series
We're introducing a new series of Foldit puzzles! This winter, Professor Scott Horowitz at the University of Denver will be using Foldit puzzles to teach biochemistry to undergraduates. But first we're making these Classroom Puzzles available to regular Foldit players, and we'd love to hear what you think of them! See the blog for more information, and check out the first puzzle: 1434: Classroom Puzzle: Phosphates in Biology!(Wed, 09/27/2017 - 22:33 | 0 comments)
