Description:

Update of V1.38. As long as we can't access scores below 0 by script, we have to create our own score values by adding all segment scores to have a glimpse if even puzzles below 0 score have improved minimally. As soon as the scores exceed zero, the normal puzzle score value is used to gain some speed in executing this script. See Top of script for details.

Moreover...

In this recipe variant I disabled the Glycine-Start option parameter (GStart) as default, so the acids won't be turned to Glycine at the beginning, to prevent destroying too many bonds and dropping the score and I take the reverse order, to get a maximum length as soon as possible.
If you want to to do it the hard way, turn this value to 1 and take OrderStyle 1 again, to start with blank backbones, "growing out" the sidechains.

More to come..

Now, as the new snapping command is implemented into fold.it's LUA-version, I will try to add it into this script, too, which means even more possibilities (of direction) for a mutated sidechain.
