Finds and rebuilds loop sequence (all segments between helices and sheets), then shakes, wiggles and restores recent best. Does this few times for every loop sequence and many times for whole protein; both values can be changed in script. There are some optimizations. Actually, this is script "Run it and go to bad". Trick: you can divide whole protein (as one big loop) by some single helix segments, and run this script. TODO: add algorithm for auto dividing too long loop sequences. Build: 19
