Description:	themarquis' script , where I added score-conditional wiggle repeating, default condition is >.0002 difference per extra wiggle. Change it to your needs. Be careful with stopping!

Sorry, the description change I made got lost in the various 'save as'. It should read

the marquis' and Crashguard303's script. I have added a two residue walk and a break in the main loop.
