Mutate is still putting a HUGE amount of arginines on the outside of the protein. Both of the other noted bugs have been fixed.

After further inquiry, it appears this problem has been acknowledged. I am closing this issue and shutting up about it.
Just because it doesn't make the puzzle unplayable doesn't mean it's not a bug...
