It would be very helpful to be able to make the move tool much bigger, or to be always on top when moving contiguous but cut sections of proteins around.

Particularly in the contact puzzles you may want to keep a good 'block' with some cut points in it and move it as a whole, this is possible now, but often the move tool, which takes a 'central spot' in the chunk ends up in a very awkward position and is hard to see and access. So you can end up a long way away from the viewing angle of your initial idea, or be forced to use the wrong 'lever' in the move tool.

So a way of making it much bigger would be a real help, of course the move tool can obscure what you are trying to move when working on smaller sections so I am not suggesting that the default be changed.
thanks.

I would also be much better if the rotate feature could rotate the structure in place around a fixed central axis instead of translating the structure at the same time. Also, less important perhaps but useful: can you change the color to bright yellow or orange or something. The purple is hard to spot among purple bands if using a dark background or if the area worked it in the distance.

I think changing the colour may make it blend in too much with the protein or exposed colours (for those of us that see the full range of colours) but I agree it is really hard to find and get focus on it sometimes on a big contiguous cut group on a dark background.
