Sometimes using the contact map causes a green-yellow bond line (like the one used for cysteine) to appear between two segments, usually not cysteine.
If I open the contact map and move my cursor on and off it, this line goes away.
But if I change puzzles without doing this, the line persists.
Here it is in 941:

Here it is in 942, from an isoleucine to an alanine:

It doesn't seem to affect play, just looks strange because it stretches clear across the protein where I don't expect it.
Yes, I agree that the line is a preview of a contact.
However, I think it is a display bug for the line to persist when I leave the contact map puzzle that created it, and open a different, non-contact map puzzle in the same client.
I assume it doesn't persist if you close the client before opening a new puzzle? I usually do that to clear the memory anyway although I agree it appears to be a bug.
I thought that green striped line was a preview contact mode, found it quite helpful myself.
