The scoring of a solution in ED functions relies on how well the protein is aligned in the ED cloud. Upon saving the solution, this alignment is apparently lost, thus lowering the score to an unrecoverable state.
This also makes it very hard to evo the solution.
This to me seems a serious bug.
Current workaround is NOT to close the client with the highest scoring solution.
A team member shared a solution at 9207 that requires 10667 to evo. The current puzzle high is only 10382.
This might (just a suggestion) be caused by loading one of the solutions of earlier variants of the puzzle.
If that is the case the fix is clear and it is a real problem:
when loading from an earlier puzzle the program should not use the highest achived score info of that variant.
I encountered this pb on 756
"evolver: not met
10282 points needed"
Did you try align to density and fusing? I recall that in QTTN puzzles you need to align the guide. Just a thought.
Furthermore... The icorrect evos require hundreds of points extra to evolve, a 9580 evo required 10428 points to evolve !
