If you enable the filter on a puzzle, that means the players will try to make as many bridges as they can. What if some don't exist, or exist to another molecule not in the puzzle? A 100 point bonus can cover up a lot of unnatural contortions to make that bridge. I'd rather not have the filter enabled, unless the scientists are certain that every cysteine is part of a bridge, like in a knot.
You will not get an extra bonus for forming more bridges than they recommend.
We are able to set the bonus for the range of bridges we want (and in fact can penalize for too many bridges if we need to).

We've added the Disulfide Count Score Filter to Puzzle 731.
The new Disulfide Count Score Filter gives you a bonus for forming bridges. More info about Disulfide Bridges in Foldit here: http://foldit.wikia.com/wiki/Disulfide_Bridge. Once formed, you'll need to click "Show Bonds (sidechain)" to view them.
You will be able to load in your manual saves from 731 into this puzzle. If you did not manually save a solution in puzzle 731, you can go back to 731, manually save it, and the solution should appear in your manual saves for this puzzle, 731b.
Here is the original puzzle, with the motivation for why we reposted it:
