In the Science Puzzle 670: 30 Residue Dimer of Dimers Freestyle Retry, once you have chosen to mutate the side chains it takes a long duration before the process stops once complete. Likewise in 'wiggle' the protein takes along time to fold, & the points are acquired really slowly upon small changes to the protein.
