Evening all
I know that mutate has been adjusted, but...
With a sense of deja vu, I wonder if this will mirror the period when Rebuild was also 'adjusted'. Maybe more appropriately a forum piece, but I put it out into the public domain and invite comments? Is new mutate better or worse than it used to be?

I have observed mutate to choose less scoring sidechains over better scoring ones with CL=1. I have not observed that before and thought it was strange.
