Additional info about this CASP target

Here is the sequence logo predicted by the SAM server.

H = helix
E = sheet
C = loop (or coil)

The taller the letter at each position, the higher the probability of that specific secondary structure for that amino acid.

For example, the Leucines at residues 106 & 141 are highly predicted to be in a helix. However, the Leucine at residue 115 is predicted to be in a sheet.

NOTE THAT THIS SECONDARY STRUCTURE PREDICTION IS OBVIOUSLY NOT 100% correct, since it is impossible to have a protein with a single sheet.
Clearly there is either another strand or there are no sheets at all!

It's showing up for me in my devprev client. Is anyone else on devprev having this issue?

Have you tried restarting the client(s)? If your connection got temporarily lost it could have not downloaded the new list correctly.
