| Description: | This puzzle is very similar to puzzle 557. Again, most of the server predictions for T0660 were very similar except for the last 50 residues. Getting this C-terminal region right will separate the best predictions from the worst ones for this CASP10 target. Focus on folding the last 50 residues with the rest of the protein. You can use the Alignment Tool to insert a cutpoint between these regions. More info in the puzzle comments. |

Below is a screenshot of all the Baker-RosettaServer, Quark, and Zhang-Server predictions.
The last 50 residues are shown as lines so that you can see how conserved the rest of the protein is.
The key to this CASP10 target will be figuring out where the last 50 residues go, so good luck!
And here is the link to secondary structure predictions for this target:

You might be able to tell from the above screenshot that all the servers have tried to form a helix (or 2 helices) with the last 50 residues.
Here is a hint to easily make a helix (if that is what you want to attempt):
The rebuild tool takes structure assignment into account, so you can set the secondary structure to helix and then Rebuild. Foldit will then make a helix out of that region.
