I got the attached screenshot by moving all the template positions left, then moving the terminal proline to the right, while having threading turned on. Not necessarily a bug, but maybe not desired behavior? Or working as intended?

I forgot to mention, I'm on dev client. I haven't used the scissors tool yet. But I suppose this is the sort of thing we can expect once people start using it.

You're one brave soul... cutting a protein of length N into exactly N pieces and gluing them back together is no easy task. :-)
